Effective: 10 July 2026
Most of our relationship with you happens inside a WhatsApp chat, so this policy is blunt about what that means: we see your number, we see what you send us, and we keep some of it for a while to resolve disputes. This page explains what KingExch9 collects through kingexchange9.org and our support desk, why we collect it, how long we hold it, and the rights you can exercise at any time. We have kept it short enough to actually read.
In one line: we collect the minimum needed to run your ID and payments, we never sell or rent your data to anyone, and you can ask for deletion whenever you like.
1. Who We Are and What This Covers
KingExch9 runs kingexchange9.org, an information and ID-support hub for King Exchange players. This policy covers the website you are reading and the WhatsApp, phone, and Telegram support channels we operate. The betting panel you log into after getting an ID is a separate system with its own terms; what you do inside the panel – bets, balances, game history – is processed there, not on this website.
2. Information We Collect
What you send us on WhatsApp
When you message the desk for an ID, deposit, or withdrawal, we receive your WhatsApp number, the display name on your profile, and whatever you choose to send: payment screenshots, UTR reference numbers, your bank or UPI name for withdrawals, and your questions. We ask your age to confirm you are 18 or older. We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, passwords, or card numbers – anyone requesting those in our name is a scammer, and our WhatsApp number page explains how to verify the real desk.
What the website records automatically
Like nearly every site, kingexchange9.org logs basic technical data: IP address, browser type, device class, the pages you visit, the site that referred you, and timestamps. This appears in aggregate analytics – we look at "how many people read the login guide this week", not at any one visitor's trail.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your ID request and pass activation details back to you.
- To match deposits against UTR numbers and confirm withdrawals to the correct account.
- To answer complaints and settle disputes – chat history is our shared record of what was agreed.
- To detect fraud and duplicate accounts, which protects every honest player's balance.
- To see which guides help people and which confuse them, so we can rewrite the weak ones.
- To send occasional service notices. Reply STOP to any broadcast and we stop.
4. Consent
By messaging the desk you consent to us processing the details above for these purposes. Consent isn't a one-way door: you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your records, and section 8 explains how.
5. Storage and Security
WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit by the platform itself. On our side, chat records and transaction references sit in access-controlled systems that only support staff on duty can open. We do not publish, post, or forward your details anywhere public, and screenshots you send are used solely to verify the payment they show. No system is unbreakable – anyone who promises perfect security is selling something – but we limit what we keep precisely so a worst case would expose very little.
6. Sharing – Your Data Is Never Sold
We do not sell, rent, trade, or "monetise" your personal information. Ever. Data leaves our systems in exactly three situations: when the panel operator needs your username to activate or fix your ID, when a payment processor or bank requires a reference to trace a stuck transaction, or when a lawful authority compels disclosure. Marketing companies, data brokers, and "partner offers" get nothing from us.
7. Cookies and Analytics
This site keeps cookies to a minimum. We use functional cookies that remember small preferences, and lightweight analytics that count page views in aggregate. We do not run cross-site advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or fingerprinting scripts. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and every page here will still work – you may just see this notice again on your next visit.
8. Your Rights
Message the desk from your registered number and we will act on any of these without drama:
- Access – ask what we hold about you and we will send it in the chat.
- Correction – wrong bank name or number on file? We fix it on the spot.
- Deletion – ask us to erase your chat history and records once open disputes are closed.
- Opt-out – reply STOP to leave broadcast lists while keeping support access.
- Escalation – unhappy with the first answer? Ask for a senior on the same chat, or raise it on our Telegram channel.
9. How Long We Keep Things
Chat threads are kept for around 6 months so deposit and settlement disputes can be checked against what was actually said. Transaction references (UTR numbers, payout confirmations) are held up to 12 months for fraud tracing, then purged. Website analytics are aggregated from the start and contain nothing that identifies you personally. When you request deletion, active records go immediately and backup copies roll off on their normal cycle.
10. Strictly 18+ – No Data From Minors
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we discover a minor has messaged us or holds an ID, we delete the records and close the account – deposits returned to source. Our Responsible Gaming page covers the parental controls we suggest for shared devices.
11. Third-Party Links
Pages here link to the betting panel, Telegram, Instagram, and partner sites in our network. Each has its own privacy practices, and this policy stops where those services begin. Read theirs too – especially the panel's, since that is where your betting activity actually lives.
12. Changes to This Policy
When our practices change, this page changes, and the effective date at the top moves with it. Significant changes – say, a new analytics tool – get a note on our WhatsApp broadcast. We will never quietly weaken the "never sold" promise in section 6; that one is permanent.
13. Contact
Privacy questions, access requests, or deletion demands: message us via the King Exchange WhatsApp number page or call +91-8109711726. The desk runs 24x7, and privacy requests get answered by a human, not a bot.
Privacy Questions We Actually Get
Can anyone else see that I have a King Exchange ID?
Not from us. We don't publish player lists, we don't post screenshots, and staff can't browse chats they aren't handling. The realistic exposure points are on your side: your own WhatsApp chat list and your bank statement, which will show transfers you made. Lock your phone and use app-level chat locks if others use your device.
Do you store my bank details after a withdrawal?
We keep the transaction reference and payout confirmation for up to 12 months for fraud tracing – that's the UTR and the account name it went to. We don't store card numbers (we never see them) and we don't keep standing access to your bank or UPI account in any form.
If I ask for deletion, is everything really gone?
Active records are erased as soon as any open dispute is closed. Backup copies expire on their normal rotation within weeks. One honest caveat: messages also exist in your own WhatsApp history, and records held by your bank or the panel operator are governed by their policies, not ours.
