Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern every King Exchange ID we arrange – written in plain English, dated, and enforced the same way for every player.

Effective: 10 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions cover your use of kingexchange9.org and any King Exchange ID arranged through our WhatsApp desk. We've written them in plain English on purpose – no fifty-page wall of legalese – but they are still binding. By browsing this site, requesting an ID via our registration guide, depositing, or placing a bet through the panel we connect you to, you accept everything below. If a clause doesn't sit right with you, don't take an ID. Nothing on this page promises winnings, and none of it is financial advice.

The short version: be 18 or older, keep one ID, deposit only from accounts in your own name, wager your deposit once before withdrawing, raise settlement disputes within 7 days, and never stake money you can't afford to lose.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

KingExch9 ("we", "us", "our") operates kingexchange9.org as an information and ID-support hub for King Exchange players in India. These terms form the agreement between you and us. They apply alongside – not instead of – the market rules displayed inside the betting panel itself. Where a panel rule and this page disagree on how a specific market settles, the panel's displayed rule wins, because that is where the bet was actually struck. We may refuse or withdraw service to anyone at our discretion, though in practice we will usually tell you why.

2. Eligibility – Strictly 18+

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, request an ID, or deposit a single rupee. There are no exceptions and no borrowed accounts. Our support desk asks your age before activating any ID and will refuse – or later close – accounts where we suspect the user is a minor, with deposits returned to source. You are also responsible for confirming that skill-based exchange play is permitted where you live: laws vary from state to state in India and change often. If your state restricts real-money gaming, do not register. And read our Responsible Gaming page before a first deposit – we mean that sincerely.

3. One Account Per User

One person, one ID. Opening multiple IDs – across phone numbers, devices, relatives' names, or different UPI handles – breaches these terms. Duplicate accounts are easy to spot from deposit patterns, and when we find them we merge or close the extras. Any bonus claimed across duplicates is forfeited, and winnings generated through multi-accounting can be voided, with only the clean deposited balance returned. If you have a genuine reason for a second login – for example a practice account alongside your live King Exchange ID – ask the desk first and we will set it up properly.

4. Your ID and Login Credentials

You receive a username and a starting password on WhatsApp. Change that password after your first sign-in – the walkthrough is on our login guide. You are responsible for everything done under your ID while it is logged in, so never share credentials and avoid saving them in a shared family browser. We will never ask for your password in chat; anyone who does is not us. If you believe your ID is compromised, message the desk immediately and we will freeze it while things are sorted out.

5. Deposits

Deposits are accepted by UPI, IMPS, or bank transfer to the account details our desk shares at the time of your deposit. Payment accounts rotate for security, so never reuse old details without confirming first. After paying, send the UTR number – the 12-digit transaction reference – in chat; that is what your credit is matched against. Typical crediting time is 5–15 minutes. On big IPL nights it can stretch longer while the queue clears, and we would rather admit that here than pretend otherwise. The minimum deposit is normally ₹300, though promotional slabs vary. Third-party payments are not accepted: funds must come from an account or UPI handle in your own name, and mismatched-name deposits may be held or returned.

6. Withdrawals

Request withdrawals through the panel or the WhatsApp desk. Most payouts land in 15–30 minutes; during peak IPL hours or bank downtime it can take a few hours, and we will say so rather than go quiet. The minimum withdrawal is ₹500, and the receiving bank account or UPI must match the name on your ID. Deposited amounts must be wagered at least once (a 1x rollover) before withdrawal – a standard anti-fraud control, not a trap. For a first withdrawal, or an unusually large one, we may ask brief verification questions before releasing funds.

7. Market Settlement and Void Rules

Bets settle on the official result declared by the match authorities, including results adjusted under DLS. If a match is abandoned or ends in no result, undecided match-winner bets are voided and stakes returned – but markets that were already decided stand: a completed toss market, a finished ten-over session, a wicket that already fell. Bets matched at a palpably wrong price (an obvious odds error, such as a strong live favourite briefly quoted at 20x) can be voided by the panel. Markets suspend around wickets, reviews, and rain breaks; a bet you submitted that was not matched before suspension simply lapses – it was never live, so there is nothing to settle. Settlement disputes must reach support within 7 days of the market closing, with your bet reference number attached.

8. Bonuses and Promotion Abuse

Bonuses carry wagering terms, and the desk states them before you accept – typically a multiple of the bonus amount that must be staked before bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn. What counts as abuse: claiming offers across duplicate IDs, backing both sides of the same market across accounts to grind out bonus value, or depositing solely to farm promotions. Abuse forfeits the bonus and any winnings tied to it. We can amend or withdraw a promotion at any time, but bets already placed under an offer keep the terms they were placed under.

9. Suspension and Account Closure

We may suspend or close an ID for under-age use, multi-accounting, payment fraud or chargebacks, abusive behaviour toward support staff, or activity that resembles money laundering. On closure, your verified clean balance – deposits plus legitimately settled winnings – is returned after review, which can take up to 7 working days in fraud cases. You can close your own ID at any time by messaging the desk. If you want your account locked for wellbeing reasons rather than closed, self-exclusion on our Responsible Gaming page is the stronger tool.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

kingexchange9.org is an information and ID-facilitation service; the betting panel itself operates separately. The site and our support are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access – panels go down for maintenance, markets suspend mid-over, and mobile networks fail at the worst possible moment. That is the honest reality of live exchange play, and we are not liable for losses arising from your betting decisions, market movements, bets missed during suspensions or outages, or delays beyond our control. Exchange play involves genuine financial risk: over time most players lose more than they win, which is exactly why our staking guidance exists. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

11. Intellectual Property

The guides, page copy, graphics, and layout on kingexchange9.org are our original work. Do not scrape, republish, or mirror them. Third-party names and marks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

12. Governing Note and Changes

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your state and of India as they apply to you; this service is offered on a skill-gaming and entertainment basis. We update this page whenever our practices change – the effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it. Material changes are flagged on our WhatsApp broadcast wherever possible.

13. Contact

Questions about any clause? Message the desk via our King Exchange WhatsApp number page, call +91-8109711726, or reach us on Telegram. The same 24x7 desk that issues IDs answers terms questions.

Quick Questions on These Terms

Can I keep two IDs if I use separate phones and UPI handles?

No. The one-account rule follows the person, not the device. Two phones, two SIMs, or a cousin's UPI handle still add up to one player with two IDs – and matching deposit patterns give it away quickly. If you want a practice login beside your main ID, just ask the desk for a demo; that is allowed and takes two minutes.

My match was rained off after my session bet was decided – do I still get paid?

Yes. Abandonment only voids markets that were still undecided when play stopped. A session that completed, a toss market, or a wicket-based bet that already resolved all settle at the struck odds. Only the unfinished markets – usually match winner – are voided with stakes returned.

Why was my withdrawal held for verification?

Two common triggers: it is your first withdrawal, or the amount is well above your usual pattern. The desk asks a couple of confirmation questions and checks the receiving account matches your ID name. It normally adds ten minutes, not days – and it exists to stop someone else cashing out your balance.
